Who is your idol? I have been told to make this question longer.?

Mine is Esa-Pekka Salonen, he's a Finnish conductor/composer who conducts the Philharmonia Orchestra in London (among others, the LA Phil for example) and seeing him made me want to be a conductor! Who do you aspire to be like?
