Pain after drinking?

i had way too much to drink last night, and it was my first time being severly drunk. i did vomit last night, but i didnt have a hangover this morning. i had stomach pain and sore eyes. my nose has been blocked all day and i have really bad pain around what my mom says could be my left ovary. it isnt excessive, but instead hurts when i push. should i just wait until tomorrow and see if it goes away? what if it doesnt?
