Guild Wars Account istance! Please!?

I am a old GW player, I played back in 2007. I bought all my games/expansions, and I have my account through buying the games. This account as all the expansions. So, I try and play Guild Wars again. I download the client through the website, and I try and login. Since I don't recall my pword, I try and reset it. I get nothing through my old email. I do some research, and I see the account system is totally different, something about...a master account? What? I remeber my old character names, I have all the old access keys from the games, but I don't remeber my pword. I've been contacting Ncsoft Support, but I've got nothing really. Please, please, help me?
