Do I have a l embolism?

I was swimming in my pool and I pushed my feet off the wall when I was swimming and a powerful jet got shot into my . It was barely for a second, but I've been doing research and found that I may have an embolism. It's the end of the month and I haven't gotten my period yet, but I'm experiencing cramps. I haven't been bleeding though. Do you think I have an embolism and do you know why I have cramps??? Could I die from the embolism? I'm 15
