What is this 90's trance song?

This is going to sound mental, but the only thing i remember about this song is that i heard it in the early 90's and it has this beat that runs through it that goes, dum dum dum, derde derde dum dum derde, then it has this womens voice almost like a choir voice going ahaaahaaa haaaaaaa, haaaaaaaaaa, whilst the beat of de de de dum dum dum.... going through it. If anyone can get this they are truely amazing. It is such a good trance song, but i cannot find what it is anywhere.
