Can u get ur license at 17 if u dropped out in north carolina?

Okay so I dropped out at 16 (personal reasons) and my b-day is 2 months away so ill be 17 and I'm going to ACC to get my GED and im working really hard getting my GED and I'm getting a job so I need to be able to get from ACC to my job and home and I have a car but I can't drive it and I can't ask my mom step dad or my older sister to drive me cause they work and can't take me...so I was wondering is there any way I can get my license at 17 if I dropped out like can I buy it or something in north Carolina??
