Whats the normal body temp. cuz i usually get....?

i usually get 96. something. Does this have anything to do with the fact that my hadns are always unusually warm (ppl hold my hands to warm up) I also get cold very easily, ppl r wearing shorts n im in sweat pants and a hoody. Does the fact that I was born near the equator have anything to do with it? I lived there till I was 7 if that means anything?
