This morning I woke up and couldn't stop laughing, what was that about?

It was on and off for about 90 minutes, I would think of a situation and just whole heartedly laugh. Luckily I didn't have to be anywhere. On the other hand last weekend I would be crying and laughing at the same time, not the tears of joy kind of laugh, actually crying and laughing hysterically at the same time.
