What do you think ? Be honest, but not mean!?

So I work with this guys and for the past 2 weeks we have been working near year each. We both have a very similiar sarcastic humor so it helped us click. Somehow we just got to a piont where we have this constant sarcastic banter which is really so fun. Its lik we are joking around all the time but with more witty things than just normal jokes. He has told me a few times that he really enjoys talking to me. Once he even told me to come work by him sooon cuz he enjoys my company. I am really starting to fall for him cuz I am single and He caught my eye. Also we just have so much fun together. What do u think ? i know he likes me since he says he enjoys my company but i do not whether its as a friend or as more. How can u tell? I mean whn guys actually tell a girl they enjoy their company what does that mean? Plus we are super sarcastic too each other, and even tease each other, what does that mean? Does it not mean anything since we are both just naturally saracastic? Sorry I have been away from guys for a few years cuz of insecurities so i do not know how to gauge them. please help.
