Wedding color issues, please give me advice!?

Ok we planned for the colors to be red and white, its in less than three weeks and there's a little problem! Our favor bags, ribbon on the cake, flowers, plates, and everything else is a bright red, what we wanted, and I ordered a dress that was white with what appeared to be red trim, it came in last week and its very dark, almost scarlett/ or burgundy! We already got my fiance's tux and vest to match but the rest of everything is a bright red, and its too late to redo anything! Is this going to look as bad as I think? For everything to be bright red and then our apparel to be a very dark red?
