What do i do with baby bird tht have no feathers and just hatched?

we found three baby birds tht had juss hatched in our chimney. they have noo feathers ann cry alot! i dont know what to feed them or where to put them. right now i have them outsidee. at first we only had one but then we found 2 more in the chimney. i tried to go dig for worms but i couldnt find any. these bird look very- dead lookin. i dont want them to die. i have no where around me to buy worms or anything like tht. is there like any house foods i can mash up for them? please help me! thanks.
