I want to move to Japan to live and work? Any suggestions on how I can go about that?

I need a major change in my life and have always wanted to live in Japan. I love the culture there and would love to go there to immerse myself in that culture and have with as many women there as I can. I mainly have work experience in customer service and welding but am open to any job opportunities. Lol does anyone know of an entry level job that I could get in Japan? It would be a huge plus if wherever I got a job at would pay for me to live there since I'd still have a mortgage to pay in America. I know I'm most likely SOL but if there are any opportunites to make this dream more realistic I'd like some advice. Chime in folks.
