I can't stop thinking about it...SCARED?

I am 14. I have never had , or even kissed a guy! I have only masturbated. My hands or a pillow. I used the jet in the bath once. And One time my dog licked my but I made him stop. Could I be pregnant? PLEASE ANSWER! I am like freaking out. I am not joking around.. :(
