What steps to take in the event of an Ebola outbreak?

Any ideas would help. I'm brainstorming right now and I would like your opinions and ideas. It's for a school project with including aspects such as: What steps to take to keep the virus contained, what to do and how to plan it geographically. For example, if the area that the virus affected was small, were would you put the infected people and what steps would you take to stop and contain the virus in such a way that they are the easiest and most cost friendly alternatives.
