Wats the best way to catch a hummingbird?

i hav 3 hummingbirds living in my yard. i wanna catch one and tak a good look at it so i can see if it is male or female. i wanna no if theres gonna by babie hummingbirds around or just adults. i no its wrong but i dont want to hear that so if u only hav to say that dont answer me. ill try it and if your answer works ill put u as best answer.
