This is a very cliche situation but I need help and advice and everything!?

I think it was smart of you to email John. Maybe he has been thinking of you all summer too, but hasn't gotten up the nerve to send you an email. I would forget about Norman altogether. If he was interested in you even remotely he would have called. There is some people we meet in our lifetimes that we always seem to remember and always seem to think about. You obviously shared some sort of chemistry with John that makes you think about him. If he shared the same type of chemistry with you is unknown and that is why it was smart that you emailed him. If it doesn't work out between the two of you I'm sure there will be some new cute guys this school year! Best of luck!
