OK, you have to limit yourself, or else you'll gain weight. This is what works for me for a healthy snack. Half a container of black berries and 1 oz/ 28 gm of nuts (get a food scale, trust me, it keeps you honest). I like almonds, walnuts, or pecans. This snack keeps me full until meal time. I'll eat it between meals. Its sweet and salty, so it satisfies both cravings.
