Does anyone else have a mastiff puppy with lymphedema (swollen feet/legs)?

I bought this female english mastiff pup at 6 weeks from a "backyard breeder". Big mistake and I have certainly been taught a lesson. Right after I got her I took her to the vet because one rear leg was swollen and I thought she hurt it. The vet informed the puppy was extremely small (3.8 lbs!) and anemic and had parasites. I got x rays, blood tests and turned out she has lymphedema and all of her legs have now become swollen. I'm not willing to give her back to the breeder to be euthanized so I'm looking for anyone with experience with this to give me some advice. Ive wormed her and she has doubled her weight in 2 weeks. She now weighs about 8 or 9 lbs at 8 weeks and is very vigorous. Except for her relative smallness and grossly swollen legs, she behaves like any other puppy. I would greatly appreciate any advice. (and not scolding from buying from the newspaper. Ive already paid financially and emotionally a great deal). Thanks all!
